BillBoard Installation
1.Place water tanks on even ground and fill with water.
2.Install connection poles and tank cover with supporter.
3. Push height adjusting poles to tank and connect top of the poles with arm.
4. Connect banner supporting pipes and tightening caps.
5. Adjust the banner.
6. Connect lower supporting pipe with banner holding springs and trim the banner.
......and do not forget to take a photo and shock your next door neighbor.
